Numbers on their own don't mean much. It's only once you lay out an actual name against an actual birth date that the method shows what it's doing. Here are three, worked in full — the letters, the calculation, and the traditional reading that follows from it.

Jupiter names are traditionally read as suited to administration and lasting influence — which is about as literally as this method could describe someone remembered as the architect of the country he built.
Not every case is a public figure. One that's stayed with me: a woman who came to a reading already sceptical, holding a specific question rather than general curiosity. Her original name totalled 49 against her numbers — not a favourable pairing.
The adjustment was small: one letter added, nothing about the sound of the name changed to anyone hearing it spoken aloud. But the total shifted to 50, landing on a number that matched her own Vital Number — Mercury, associated with quick thinking and research, which happened to be exactly the kind of work she did for a living.
She mentioned, separately, that her own numbers and her partner's didn't sit well together, and that it had shown up as real friction between them. After both names were adjusted, she wrote back later to say things had genuinely eased.
