What to expect if something goes wrong with a reading you've requested.
The policy below is a reasonable starting point based on the rest of the site — adjust the specifics (the 24-hour window, one free revision) if you want something different.
If you change your mind within 24 hours of submitting your request and your reading hasn't been started yet, email you@example.com for a full refund of the $48.90 fee.
Once a reading has been started, it's no longer eligible for a refund, since the time and work has gone in. If something in your delivered reading doesn't sit right with you, email me and I'll take another look at no extra charge — this covers one revision per reading.
If a reading contains a factual error (wrong name, wrong date used), contact me and I'll correct it at no charge.
